RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer all our Customers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund. Please note that if you ordered by Credit Card and return your item, you will be refunded, minus 2% of the total transaction fee. This is to cover the Credit Card charge that Visa and MasterCard charges us.
Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be in complete working order, in perfect boxed condition. In other words the product must be in a resalable condition i.e. As New.
If your product is not in resalable condition you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original item price. This will apply to each individual item of your order that you are returning.

If you wish to return a product, please login to your user account, find the order you made via your Order History page, and proceed to click the Return this Item button for the item you wish to return. Complete the RMA form, and you will be supplied with a unique RMA number as your reference.
IMPORTNANT: PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK TO US UNTIL WE HAVE CONTACTED YOU AND INFORMED YOU TO DO SO. Some restrictions may apply in certain circumstances, but we will notify you.

All requests for return authorisation must be made within the first year of the warranty period. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition. All returns must be received within 10 days of receiving e-mail confirmation from DCS (Doncaster). Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. The 10 day period will NOT be extended or reassigned. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

Please Note: Our warranty does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. All returned items will be fully tested and if it is believed the fault is not covered by our warranty the returned order will be shipped back to you.
